Dear Hedgefund Manager,

If you have questions while registering your fund(s) please contact us at info@hedgenordic.com. Registering your fund(s) is free. 

Below you will find the criteria for inclusion into the index:

• The investment management/advisory company must be located within the Nordic region
• Only hedgefunds can be admitted into the index (not managed accounts)
• You must submit the complete historical performance track record & AUM (NOTE. you have the option to keep AUM confidential)
• Only actual NET monthly returns should be reported (not proforma returns) 

Before we can admit your fund(s) as an index constituent, you must submit the most current version of the Offering Memorandum (OM) or the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and the latest annual report (if any) either by hardcopy or electronically.

Once you have completed the registration process and have submitted the documentation we will review the information and revert to you within 5 working days.

Provided all requirements are met, your fund(s) will become index constituent from the following month.
