Swedish Whisper Hedge has closed down due to insufficient capital and the inability to attract new funds.

- Whisper Hedge Fund ceases with effect from 15 December 2009. Because of the outflows, combined with difficulties in attracting new capital, the fund has become too small to be managed in accordance with the Fund's investment strategy. The decision has been taken with the remaining unit holders best interests in mind, writes Whisper Hedge.
 
- The Fund will redeem the outstanding units / shares in the fund and an initial payment of the redemption amount is expected to occur during December 2009. Details of the redemption procedure will shortly be provided by Ohman Alternative Investents plc, a company in which the Fund is included, writes Whisper Hedge.
